Returns & Exchanges

At Roller Derby, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for the rink, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused equipment. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused skates or protective gear back in their original box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
