How do I choose the right size for my roller skates?
Sizing varies by brand, but generally, we recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and comparing it to our brand-specific size charts. Most derby skates should fit snugly without pinching.
What is your return policy on used gear?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. For safety reasons, protective gear and skates that have been used on-track cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping for derby leagues?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your gear.
How often should I replace my skate wheels?
This depends on your surface and frequency of play. Generally, wheels should be replaced when they lose their grip or show significant flat spots that affect your stability.
Which hardness (durometer) should I choose for my wheels?
Softer wheels (78A-88A) are best for outdoor or slippery floors, while harder wheels (90A-99A) are designed for grippy, indoor sports courts and speed.
Can I customize my skate package?
Absolutely! We offer 'Build-Your-Own' options where you can select your preferred boots, plates, wheels, and bearings to suit your specific playing style.
